WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Your first visit will give us the opportunity to connect and listen to your health concerns, needs, and goals. We understand that our well being is affected not only by our physical health, but also our chemical and emotional ones.
Together, we will go through your paperwork so that Dr. Megan fully understands your needs. Our goal here is to help you feel heard and understood. After this, if warranted, we will take x-ray images of your area of complaint. This allows us to see what structural compensation your body might be making to adapt to the stress on your nervous system. The information gathered from your history and exam not only allows for us to see if we can help you reach your desired goals, but will also tell us if you are a good candidate for the care that we provide in our office. Please allow for 45 minutes to give us plenty of time to be thorough and connect with you.
Our office understands the needs of our pediatric patients, especially those with Neuro-development and Sensory Processing Disorders. Please let us know before your first visit how we can accommodate you and your child's needs.
We do not provide an adjustment on your first visit to our office.
Your first visit includes: Consultation, Chiropractic evaluation, and Examination.
YOUR SECOND VISIT
By your second visit, Dr. Megan has gone through all of your information and developed a care plan specific to your health needs. During this visit, we will sit down to discuss your care plan along with any other recommendations or evaluations. During this time, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have, or express any concerns. Our recommendations and care plans are designed to get you back to living life abundantly. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for this visit. We look forward to connecting with you!
After setting up your initial visit, specific paperwork tailored to your needs will be emailed to you. You must have your paperwork filled out completely before your scheduled visit or we may have to reschedule your appointment. If for some reason you cannot print this at home, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork in office. Please be as thorough in your paperwork as possible. It will allow us to better understand your needs, and connect with you. We look forward to serving you!
We are currently in the process of getting in network with a few insurance companies. This is a process that will take a few months. Until that time, we cannot accept insurance or provide itemized receipts.
